Jessica brings over a decade of leadership experience across a diverse range of industries - including infrastructure, SaaS, consumer, and robotics - as well as extensive experience within dynamic startup environments. Her experience spans building functions from the ground up as the first recruiter and Head of Talent at Ike (a robotics and automated trucking company) to scaling specialized technology teams at Airbnb and Salesforce during hypergrowth.

Experience Highlights:
Airbnb - Joined when the company had 85 engineers and spent the next 5 years scaling processes and team capacity during hypergrowth to hire 200+ technology team members per quarter (including over 100 senior engineers quarterly)
Led a team of 80 as Head of Technology Recruiting. Built resource planning model used by worldwide recruiting team. Led mergers and acquisitions recruiting as well as employment brand.
Ike - Robotics and automated trucking startup. Joined when the company was <30 as the first recruiting hire - built processes and grew company by 4x. Supported IC-VP level hiring hands-on across software, hardware, and business roles.
Mux - Video streaming infrastructure and performance analytics startup. Joined when the company was <100 as the first Head of Talent - grew company by 2x (supporting leadership roles across tech and business) before taking on additional scope also leading HR as VP of People.
Salesforce - Supported niche teams such as Performance and Security Engineering, as well as hiring for Customer Success. Hired candidates from Associate to Architect level, as well as Managers and Directors.
Jessica’s father's an engineer, and her passion for tech began early with many hours dedicated to the DOS version of Oregon Trail and Tetris.
